Don Spiegleman, Executive Vice President, General Counsel - Miller Global - Denver

Mr. Spiegleman is an Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Miller Global, joining the company in 1993. He is responsible for structuring complex developments, acquisitions, dispositions, assemblages, leases, joint ventures, hotel management agreements and equity funds. Prior to joining Miller Global, Mr. Spiegleman was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Miller-Davis Co. and was a former Senior Partner of Isaacson, Rosenbaum, Spiegleman and Friedman, P.C.. Mr. Spiegleman has specialized in real estate development and ownership and general business law. While in private practice, Mr. Spiegleman was included in "The Best Lawyers in America" and he currently is a member of The American College of Real Estate Lawyers.

Mr. Spiegleman received his B.S.L. and J.D. degrees from the University of Denver in 1958.
