Eyal Ofer, Co-Chairman - Miller Global - New York

Mr. Ofer has over 30 years of extensive experience in international maritime transportation and private real-estate businesses worldwide. Mr. Ofer has been a pioneer throughout Central and Eastern Europe over the last ten years, creating a significant real estate portfolio in this region. His emerging market experience covers developments, acquisitions, and sales of office, residential, hotel, industrial, and retail assets spanning across Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Latvia, Turkey, Georgia, and the Czech Republic. Assets and development projects in these regions total over three million square meters.

Mr. Ofer has been a member of the board of directors of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. (RCL) since 1995. RCL is a global cruise vacation company that operates the Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Pullmantur Cruises brands.

Additionally, Mr. Ofer has been the co-chairman of Miller Global Properties, LLC a large real estate investment fund focusing on North America and Europe since 1996 and a member of the International Advisory Board of Euro Hypo A.G. Germany.
