Gary Roffe, Executive Vice President/Principal - Miller Global - Denver

Mr. Roffe is an Executive Vice President of Miller Global, joining the company in February 2007. He is responsible for operational controls, implementation of company strategic plans and financial oversight. Mr. Roffe is involved with equity and debt funding, investor relations and investment strategies. Mr. Roffe has practiced law and was a partner with a national law firm in the corporate finance, securities, real estate and general business law areas. He has structured complex financing transactions secured by real estate, represented a real estate investment trust listed on the New York Stock Exchange, represented public companies in the areas of securities compliance, represented public and private companies in securities offerings, conducted due diligence research with respect to debt financings and represented banking institutions in lending transactions.

For fifteen years, Mr. Roffe owned and operated a national brand chocolate manufacturer, retailer and wholesaler. He was responsible for all aspects of operations and financial controls.

Mr. Roffe graduated in 1978 with a B.A. in History and English from the University of Colorado and received his J.D. in 1981 from the University of Colorado School of Law.
