Jason Kroll, Vice President - Miller Global - Denver

Mr. Kroll is a Vice President of Miller Global, joining the company in September 2001. As an integral member of the lodging team, he is jointly responsible for the asset management of Miller Global’s hotel investments. These duties include the monitoring, review and analysis of financial performance, strategic planning, oversight of day-to-day property management activities, capital planning and financial reporting. Mr. Kroll has over 17 years experience in the commercial real estate industry working primarily as a financial analyst but with extensive involvement in acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence, financing and asset management across office, industrial, retail and hotel product types.

Prior to joining Miller Global, Mr. Kroll worked as a Senior Financial Analyst for Center Trust, a publically traded REIT in Manhattan Beach, California, where he was responsible for financial modeling, cash flow projections and investment analysis. Prior to Center Trust, Mr. Kroll worked for a number of public and private commercial real estate companies in Texas and California.

Mr. Kroll graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. in Finance in 1991.
