Don Spiegleman

Mr. Spiegleman is an Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Miller Global. Mr. Spiegleman's experience in real estate transactions spans 33 years and has included transactions in all property types.

Since 1993, Mr. Spiegleman's responsibilities have included structuring complex developments, acquisitions, dispositions, assemblages, financings, leases, joint ventures, hotel management agreements, and equity funds.

Mr. Spiegleman was formerly Executive Vice President/General Counsel of Miller-Davis Co. and was a former Senior Partner of the law firm of Isaacson, Rosenbaum, Spiegleman & Friedman, P.C., Denver, Colorado, where he specialized in real estate/general business law. While in private practice, Mr. Spiegleman was included in The Best Lawyers in America and he currently is a member of The American College of Real Estate Lawyers.

From 1982 to 1986, Mr. Spiegleman was a principal in a real estate company specializing in the development of neighborhood shopping centers where he actively participated in many aspects of real estate development and ownership, both legal and business. In 1986, Mr. Spiegleman returned to his former law firm for two years.

In 1989, Mr. Spiegleman joined Miller-Davis Co. where his duties included supervising all of the legal work of outside law firms for the company's assets, active involvement in development projects, joint ventures and dispositions, and participation in many major business matters. Mr. Spiegleman's responsibilities with the Pebble Beach Company and Aspen Skiing Company gave him extensive experience with unique and complex real estate assets.

Mr. Spiegleman received B.S.L. and L.L.B. degrees from the University of Denver in 1958.
