Eyal Ofer is Co-Chairman of Miller Global.  Mr. Ofer has over 30 years of extensive experience in real estate businesses worldwide and since 1991 has been chairman and chief executive officer of Carlyle M.G. Limited, a UK based company, focusing primarily on UK and European markets.  In the early 1980's, Mr. Ofer spearheaded the Global group's diversification into the real estate and leisure businesses, directing the accumulation and development of a substantial commercial office property portfolio and management operation.  Over the past twenty years the real estate portfolio has steadily grown through the acquisition of properties in soft markets, the creation of value, and subsequent sale and reinvestment.

Mr. Ofer is a member of the board of directors of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. ("RCL"), which operates Royal Caribbean, Celebrity and Pullmantur cruise brands.  RCL is the world's second largest cruise company and is publicly listed on the New York Stock Exchange.  Mr. Ofer is also a Member of the Eurohypo International Advisory Board.

Mr. Ofer is fluent in five languages and enjoys access to, and has long-term relations with, high ranking government, banking and corporate officials worldwide.
