Paul B. Hogan
Mr. Hogan is an Executive Vice President of Miller
Global and has 24 years' experience in commercial real estate development, acquisitions,
dispositions and leasing in many markets throughout North
America.
Mr. Hogan is responsible for portfolio asset management
and office acquisitions at Miller Global and is active in sourcing and
underwriting office investments and ventures, coordinating due diligence, investment analysis
and dispositions. He is involved in all phases of leasing, marketing, property
management, building operations, developing capital improvement programs and
reporting. In addition, Mr. Hogan directs the day-to-day
leasing and property management activities of Vector Property
Services, a subsidiary operating company of Miller Global operating in several
cities throughout the United States.
Through various ownership, development and
operating capacities, Mr. Hogan has been involved with in excess of 14 million
square feet of downtown and suburban mixed-use, office, hotel and retail
properties as well as 2,500 acres of land development and sales.
Mr. Hogan began his real estate career in 1980
with Trojan Properties, a Calgary, Alberta-based commercial
real estate development company. He was involved in the development, leasing, financing,
management and sale of suburban office and retail properties throughout western Canada. In 1983, Mr.
Hogan formed his own development, brokerage and consulting firm operating in
western Canada and Denver.
Mr. Hogan began his association with some of the
Principals in 1984 when he joined MKDG, and was involved with the design and
development of suburban office buildings and other land development activities.
From 1986 to 1990, Mr. Hogan was Vice President of Development and was
responsible for the development, asset management and operations of the firm's
portfolio of assets in Denver and Phoenix.
In 1990, Mr. Hogan became Vice President of the Denver
Technological Center, the real estate subsidiary of the U.K.-based Peninsular
and Oriental Steam Navigation Company. He was responsible for the asset
management of the firm's 2.5 million square foot office and retail portfolio and
directed the build-to-suit development programs and land sales of two suburban
office parks.
Mr. Hogan graduated from the University of Denver with
a B.S. in real estate and finance in 1980.
