Wendy Mosler
Wendy Mosler is an
Executive Vice President of Miller
Global, a Certified Public Accountant, and Senior Vice President of Global's New
York operation. Ms. Mosler is currently responsible for acquisitions and finance
for Global's U.S. real estate portfolio, and provides assistance in these areas
with respect to Miller Global's investments.
Ms. Mosler participates in the identification and
negotiation of acquisitions and investment analysis as well as securing and
negotiating financing, supervising and coordinating due diligence of real estate
investments and asset management.
Ms. Mosler began her career in 1980 as a Senior
Accountant in the audit division of Deloitte & Touche.
Beginning in 1982, Ms. Mosler was an Assistant Vice
President with Integrated Resources, where she was responsible for structuring
tax-advantaged real estate syndications for both conventional and
government-assisted residential housing. She was also involved with the
formation of American Insured Mortgage Investors, a publicly traded fund of
government- guaranteed originated and acquired mortgage loans. In 1984, Ms.
Mosler joined Global's New York office. She has held a variety of positions in
the property management and accounting area, and was promoted to Controller in
1987. In 1992, she directed the $52.5
million refinancing of 99 Park Avenue, which was the first Standard & Poor's AAA
rated securities single asset financing ever completed with Bankers Trust
Company.
Ms. Mosler graduated cum laude in 1980 with a B.A.
degree in Management Science/Accounting from Duke University.
