Greg PohleMr. Pohle is an Executive Vice
President of Miller Global and has over 28 years of experience in commercial
real estate development, acquisitions and ownership.
Currently, Mr. Pohle has primary responsibility for the
identification of and acquisition of office properties. Since 1993, he
has focused primarily on the identification and negotiation of acquisitions,
coordinating development activities,
investment analysis, securing and negotiating financing, supervising and
coordinating due diligence, developing and implementing capital programs, and dispositions.
Acting in a variety of development and ownership
capacities, Mr. Pohle has been involved in mixed-use facilities, office and
industrial parks, offices, hotels, industrial and apartment buildings
encompassing over 20 million square feet. His real estate experience includes
development responsibility and operations oversight for 36 office buildings
totaling over
8 million square feet, economic analysis, financing and
development coordination of three hotels totaling 1400 rooms; and two shopping
center properties totaling 1 million square feet. He has also had direct
responsibility for zoning, entitlement, development, marketing and sales of over
1,400 acres of office, residential and industrial land. He has been involved in
development projects in Washington, D.C., Chicago, Denver, Dallas, Austin,
Houston, Portland, San Diego, St. Louis and Los Angeles.
Mr. Pohle has worked with some of the Principals since
1974 when he was Development Manager for Urban Investment Co. serving in a variety of
capacities, including construction and development manager for high-rise office
projects and mixed-use land developments.
From 1984 until 1986, Mr. Pohle was Vice President of
Development for MKDG developing, managing, leasing and selling office parks,
office buildings and hotels, and managing joint venture relationships.
Mr. Pohle was Vice President of Development for the
Charles E. Smith Companies in Washington from 1986 to 1988 with direct
responsibility for suburban office, hotel and land development activities.
From late 1988 to early 1991, he served as Senior Vice
President for MKDG and directed the land development, build-to-suit office
development and joint venture operations in Denver, Chicago, and suburban
Washington, D.C.
In 1991, Mr. Pohle had primary responsibility for the
coordination and supervision of several suburban office developments. He also
served as a shopping center development advisor to Prudential Insurance Company
of America.
In 1992 and 1993, he was a Vice President with Wells
Fargo Real Estate Group, responsible for managing, leasing and selling client
assets in a pension fund real estate advisory capacity.
Mr. Pohle graduated with a B.S. in Business and a minor
in Real Estate from the University of Denver in 1974.
