Terry Hillegas, Senior Vice President and Treasurer - Miller Global - Denver

Mr. Hillegas is a Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Miller Global and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Hillegas has over 30 years of experience in real estate accounting and financial reporting. Mr. Hillegas joined Miller Global in 1993. Currently, Mr. Hillegas is responsible for banking, budgeting, tax, risk management, and employee benefits. Mr. Hillegas has worked with some of the Principals of Miller Global since 1979 when he was Senior Staff Accountant for Urban Investment Co., where his responsibilities included financial reporting and budgeting.

From 1985 to 1988, Mr. Hillegas was Vice President and Controller of Frederick Ross Company, the largest independent brokerage firm in Denver. At Frederick Ross, Mr. Hillegas was responsible for financial reporting and budgeting for property management clients.

From 1988 to 1993, Mr. Hillegas was Vice President for Michael James and Company, with responsibility for all aspects of financial reporting and budgeting, risk management and employee benefits.

Mr. Hillegas graduated in 1987 with a M.S. in Accounting from the University of Colorado at Denver.
