Since its inception in 1996, Miller Global Properties, LLC and its affiliates ("Sponsor") have sponsored and managed six domestic value-added real estate investment funds and currently have approximately $1,870,000,000 of real estate assets under management. The Sponsor has raised $1,092,000,000 in equity for its prior real estate investment funds. Most of the Principals of Miller Global have been in the real estate industry for more than 30 years. Prior to joining the Sponsor, certain Principals who are engaged in office investments had extensive experience in acquisition, leasing, management and disposition of such notable office properties as the 52-story Qwest Building, the mixed use MCI Building (which includes a 613-room Marriott Hotel), the mixed use Tabor Center (which includes the Westin Hotel and an office building), the Johns Manville Building and the Wells Fargo Tower, all located in Denver, and the 700,000-square foot Fox Plaza office building in Century City, Los Angeles. Further, prior to joining the Sponsor, certain Principals who are engaged in hotel investments had extensive experience with brand hotel chains and hotel management companies and oversaw the acquisition, development, operation and/or disposition of such notable hotel properties as Pebble Beach Company and Spanish Bay Resort & Condominiums in Northern California, The Little Nell Hotel in Aspen, Colorado, and the Beverly Hills Hotel in Beverly Hills, California.
