Miller Global Properties, LLC, is a partnership between Miller Properties Group and Global Holdings, Inc. Since its inception in 1996, the company has been involved in more than 80 properties representing over $2.5 billion of asset value comprising 11 million square feet of office space and 3,300 hotel rooms.

Miller Global is also involved in mixed-use properties and real estate operating companies. During the past six years, Miller Global has invested more than $600 million of equity in real estate.

The Principals of Miller Global have been involved in transactions totaling more than 40 million square feet of buildings. They have experience in virtually all property types and have executed more than $6.5 billion of sales and acquisitions throughout their real estate careers. Various Principals have been part of the development, ownership and operation of such high-profile assets as the Pebble Beach Company, the Aspen Skiing Company, Aspen's Little Nell Hotel, the Beverly Hills Hotel and Los Angeles's Fox Plaza Office Building.

Affiliates of Global have diverse international holdings that include shipping, manufacturing, banking and real estate. These affiliates operate and own the largest privately owned fleet of cargo ships in the world and also hold a major interest in one of the largest cruise lines in the world, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.
