Rachel Miller

Rachel Miller is Vice President of Miller Global

Rachel joined the company in January of 2017. Ms. Miller works with the investment team on leasing, asset management, market research, acquisition analysis, dispositions and valuations. She is also involved in evaluating land parcels to determine highest and best use, property values and development options for a separate account assignment.  Prior to joining Miller Global, Ms. Miller worked at an advertising agency in New York City and was also a retail buyer intern at Macy’s headquarters. Rachel graduated from Syracuse University in 2015 with a BA in business.

Lauren Xavier

Lauren Xavier is Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff of Miller Global

Lauren joined Miller Global in 2000.  Lauren assists with strategic planning, operations, and communication as well as manages the day-to-day aspects of office organization, coordination, project and staff management, including HR. Prior to joining Miller Global, Lauren was a stock trader.

Lauren graduated from Villanova University with a BA in Human Resource Management.

Jason Kroll

Jason Kroll is a Senior Vice President, Hotels of Miller Global

As an integral member of the lodging team, he is jointly responsible for the asset management of Miller Global’s hotel investments. These duties include the monitoring, review and analysis of financial performance, strategic planning, oversight of day-to-day property management activities, capital planning and financial reporting. Mr. Kroll has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry working primarily as a financial analyst but with extensive involvement in acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence, financing and asset management across office, industrial, retail and hotel product types.

Prior to joining Miller Global, Mr. Kroll worked as a Senior Financial Analyst for Center Trust, a publically traded REIT in Manhattan Beach, California, where he was responsible for financial modeling, cash flow projections and investment analysis. Prior to Center Trust, Mr. Kroll worked for a number of public and private commercial real estate companies in Texas and California.

Mr. Kroll graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. in Finance.

Adam Pasha

Adam Pasha is a Colorado native who earned his Bachelors and Masters in Accounting at the University of Colorado at Boulder. After graduating, Adam worked in Assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he audited several different industries and companies, including Miller Global. After his time in public accounting, he diversified his experience with accounting and finance leadership roles in consumer electronics and internet advertising before getting back into real estate. Most recently, Adam has been the Controller or Chief Accounting Officer for asset managers and developers, most recently at Zeppelin Development where he managed a portfolio of over 700k square feet.

Kerry Nickerson

Kerry Nickerson is Chief Development Officer of Miller Global

He joined the Sponsor in 2009. He is responsible for oversight and management of new development projects and capital expenditures for current hotel and office assets. He has over 35 years experience leading all phases of development, design, and construction of all property types. In addition to the last 20 years of hospitality experience, his career also includes office, commercial, industrial and government development.

Prior to joining the Sponsor, Mr. Nickerson was Vice President, Development for Host Hotels & Resorts from 2004 to 2009 where he was responsible for managing large and complex repositioning development projects. The hotel real estate portfolio he managed consisted of four- and five-star properties with major brands, including Marriott, Ritz Carlton, Hyatt, Four Seasons, Fairmont, Sheraton, Westin and Hilton. Mr. Nickerson began his career as a U.S. Navy Civil Engineers Corps commissioned officer managing design and construction projects for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command.
